The following return policy applies to all orders within the United Arab Emirates placed through Hyogena’s website, operated by Cantalabsmi LLC, Sharjah, UAE.

Eligibility for Refund

  • A full refund can be requested if the order is canceled before the shipping process.

  • Orders that have been shipped or delivered may only be eligible for a refund in the event of a defect.

  • Products must be in new and unopened condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.

  • We also accept product exchanges, provided the items are in new condition.

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Returns are processed via mail, with the option to download and print a free return label.

  • No restocking fees are applied.

Procedures and Timeframes

  • To request a refund or return, please contact us by email at info@hyogena.com within 24 hours of cancellation or receipt of the product (in the case of a defect).

  • Once the request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed.

  • Orders successfully delivered in accordance with the shipping policy.

Special Exceptions

  • If an order arrives defective (e.g., damage during transit), please send a clear photo of the defect to info@hyogena.com within 24 hours of receipt.

  • After verification, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or free replacement at our discretion.

Force Majeure

  • If order delivery is delayed or cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or road closures), we will reschedule delivery or provide a full refund upon request.
